Transaction IQ ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a software platform that helps users understand, organize, and prepare Texas real estate transactions. By accessing or using Transaction IQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Transaction IQ is a technology tool only. It is not a law firm, real estate brokerage, financial advisory firm, or licensed professional of any kind.

Nothing on Transaction IQ — including contract templates, guided walkthroughs, educational content, AI-generated analysis, calculators, or any output from the platform — constitutes legal, financial, real estate brokerage, tax, investment, or any other professional advice.

You should consult a licensed attorney, real estate agent, financial advisor, or other qualified professional before making any decisions or signing any legally binding documents. Transaction IQ does not create an attorney-client, broker-client, or advisor-client relationship with any user.

Transaction IQ makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, enforceability, or fitness for purpose of any content, contract, calculation, or output generated by the Service. Real estate law, contract requirements, and market conditions change frequently. Information provided may not reflect the most current legal developments or local requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transaction IQ and its founders, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Transaction IQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You assume all risk of using the platform, including the risk that contract outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unenforceable.

Transaction IQ may help you prepare documents based on Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) forms and other templates. These tools are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any document is legally valid, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. Always have a licensed real estate attorney review any document before execution.

8. Modifications to Service and Pricing

Transaction IQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Pricing, features, subscription terms, and access tiers may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Transaction IQ platform are owned by or licensed to Transaction IQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Content you enter into the platform remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
